Master Site Plan <br />1. Perimeter setbacks along I -35W should delineated and dimensioned <br />2. Open Space areas, i.e., City Park, Accessible commons, and Natural Resource areas <br />should be labeled on the plan. <br />Master Landscaping Plata <br />Further .detail needs to.be provided. The master plan should include the 'following: <br />Planting schedtile, including: <br />i. Symbols. <br />ii. Quantities <br />iii. Common and botanical names. <br />iv. Sizes of plant materials: <br />v. Root specification (Bare root, .balledlburlaPped; potted, etc.): <br />Planting detail, show all species to scale . at normal. mature crown diameter or <br />spread for local hardiness zone. <br />Typical sections with details of landscape islands, - connected walkways, planter <br />beds, and foundation plantings with identification of materials to be used <br />4. Delineation of both sodded and seeded areas. <br />c- <br />2. The plan needs to be modified to provide for shade trees at a tate of 1 per 10 parking <br />stalls. The :plan should provide for trees along the northern periphery of the site along I- <br />35w. • <br />3. Identify areas for native .plantings i.e., along I -35W and existing wetland along the <br />northeastern side of the site <br />Senior Living Development Plans <br />Architectural Plans. <br />1. The building elevations and floor plans should be -revised and submitted based on our <br />December 17, 2003 meeting. The submitted should also include the parking level. layout. <br />Site Plain <br />1. The site plan. should be revised .to identify the extent of Phase 1 improvements (i.e., how <br />much of the shared: parking area is proposed to be constructed). <br />The plan should show the location, setback and dimensions of all proposed buildings and <br />structures (Phase I). • <br />3. Location, number, dimensions .of all proposed parking stalls, loading areas, and drive <br />aisles, with curbing type shown. Include radii on all landscaped islands and corners. <br />4. Location and type of proposed.lighting, including fixture details. <br />5. Provisions for storage and disposal of waste, garbage and recyclables. <br />
