• <br />• <br />Landscape Plan <br />The submitted landscape plan detail is on Attachment 3. There is no description of <br />ground story materials. Assuming the ground is to be covered with sod, than it should <br />be labeled as sod on the plan and noted that all sodded areas will be irrigated. The <br />Suger maples on the West side of the building should be changed to something more <br />drought tollerant and adapted to sand soils. Hackberry, Red maple, Locust, Ash are all <br />appropriate substitutes. <br />Tree Protection <br />The developer did not submit a tree preservation plan (siting all of the significant trees <br />on the site. Before construction is allowed to take place, an adequate Tree Preservation <br />Plan needs to be submitted detailing the tree types, and locations of all significant trees. <br />A tree preservation barrier protecting the remaining trees should be shown on the plan <br />and the barriers installed before soil disturbance. <br />Lighting <br />There is no submitted lighting plan at this time. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
