Pond access on Pond 1 should be shown.
Erosion Control
Under the Erosion Control Notes of Attachment 5, language should include
that all NPDES requirements will be met. In relationship to this, a detailed
Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan must be on site, as well as
inspection reports for weekly, and post rainfall events. Location of this
plan and the inspection reports must be indicated on the plan. There is no
discussion of storm sewer protection in the plan. The developer must provide a
detail on storm sewer inlet protection. Floc socks or other protection devices
must be indicated and utilized. In addition, as part of the SWPPP, language
