• <br />• <br />Unique Features <br />The Tamarack bog to the East, although impacted is worthy of being called unique, and <br />the real possibility of restoring this bog is attainable. The Lino Lakes Blandings Turtle <br />Modal shows a possible breeding site and activity site to the East, but nothing on the <br />site. <br />There is a Bald Eagle nesting site to the East as well. If the nest is active during <br />construction, recommendations of a 1/4 mile buffer are desirable, and 1/2 mile if the <br />topography makes the construction visible from the nest. The nest is at t % is <br />e t IeaS� i Ile <br />away from the proposed construction. Most critical times for buffer concerns are from <br />March 15 — May 15 North of Highway 210, and Feb 10 — May 1 South of Highway 210. <br />There are no rare plant community indicators on this site. The site was evaluated during <br />the EAW process for rare plants, and none were found. <br />Lighting <br />There is no submitted lighting plan at this time. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
