Change Marty's recommendations on page 5 under Storm Water Pollution <br />Prevention Plan, last sentence to read to the City Environmental <br />and Engineering, work approval prior to ground breaking. <br />11. Add boulevard tree to frontage if there is room. <br />Mr. McDowell asked what exactly are we approving. Are we recommending <br />approval of this plan and also requiring mitigation that Mr. Husveth has put <br />forward here. Mr. Asleson said yes. Mr. Asleson's recommendation to the Board <br />is to move this plan on to P & Z to go forward with on contingency. This <br />recommendation includes Jason's plan. <br />Ms. Grundhofer made a motion to approve with recommendations from staff and <br />the Board. Ms. DeHaven seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />6. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Stoneybrook <br />The Board will discuss this issue at the upcoming meeting of May 18, 2006. The <br />Board will send a letter to developer. Mr. Asleson said he had a discussion with <br />the developer. This item will also be added to next month's agenda. <br />B. Recycling Day <br />Recycling day is the first Saturday in May. It was noted that the flyer is on the <br />front page of the web site and was advertised in the Quad paper. Mr. Asleson said <br />he would like any Board Members who can to be there. <br />C. Arbor Day <br />Arbor Day is May 5 at Lino Lakes Elementary. The event will take place at 2:00 <br />p.m. There will be a tree planting by Mr. Asleson. This year the tree is dedicated <br />to the memory of Officer Shawn Silvera who once was a DARE officer here at <br />Lino Lakes Elementary. <br />Ms. Grundhofer gave a summary of how everything went at her booth at Earth <br />Day.
