An alternative /temporary pond should be designated and located on
the plan (See Attachment 18 for RCWD recommendation on SWPPP maters).
The site plan must show the location of the SWPPP's location on the
construction site, as well as weekly and post rainfall event inspection reports. A
mail box works well for storing SWPPP information.
In addition the plan must show a designated concrete truck wash -out area. This
area must be identified in the field and designed so that water and material does
not leave the wash -out area. The concrete residue must not be later wasted on
the site. The developer must indicate to the City how these materials will be
disposed (recycled) of.
Tree Preservation
A Tree Inventory is tabulated on Attachment 10.
Options:
Recommendation:
Option 1
Attachments:
1.
