Ms. Bor seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Remove Item 6B - Gary Averbeck <br />Add Item 6E - Year End Summary for the Blue Heron Rookery <br />Approval of agenda. Motion by Ms. Grundhofer to amend seconded by Ms. Bor <br />to approve agenda as is. Motion carried unanimously <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br />Open Mike closed at 6:34 p.m. <br />5.
