• <br />3. Identification of who will oversee the SWPPP and implementation of the <br />SWPPP, i.e., who will be responsible for inspections and maintenance. <br />4. Identify how large the disturbed area will be. <br />5. Identify the % impervious. <br />6. Construction sequence: Construction of infiltration areas should be done <br />at the end of the project and protected from sedimentation and <br />compaction. <br />7. Outlet protection must be identified. Outlet protection must be of the <br />Wimco, Infrasafe, or similar design. <br />8. Native seed mixes shall be to the City's specification. Seed labels must <br />be provided to the City. <br />9. A temporary sedimentation basin during construction is most desirable <br />and should be located on the SWPPP. A dewatering method approved by <br />the city must be indicated. No dewatering will be done with out City <br />approval. <br />10. A schedule for covering all disturbed soils must be provided. <br />11. Provide a description of installation and sequencing off all erosion <br />prevention and sediment control BMP's. <br />12. SWPPP must reflect all of the NPDES requirements. <br />Unique resources <br />Wetlands: There are 4 on the site Wetland A will be filled and is a Wetland <br />Conservation Act exempt wetland. Wetland C, non - exempt, will be filled in. <br />Wetland D, non - exempt, will be filled. Wetland B is proposed to have 21,000 feet <br />filled and is non - exempt. The wetland delineation has RCWD approval. The <br />wetland replacement plan has been approved. <br />Vegetation: No known or predicted. <br />Wildlife: No known or predicted. <br />Site Vegetation <br />The site vegetation consists mainly of non - native, short and tall grasses. <br />Tree Preservation <br />A tree inventory has been submitted. All trees are away from proposed soil <br />disturbance areas and outside of proposed silt fence areas. Tree preservation is <br />complete and adequate. <br />AUAR Considerations <br />This area is in the AUAR area. The property does not contain any of the City <br />Open Space and Trails Plan considerations. <br />
