2. Unaccounted Water. Water audits are intended to identify, quantify, and verify water <br />and revenue losses. The volume of unaccounted-for water should be evaluated each <br />billing cycle. The AWWA recommends a goal of ten percent or less for unaccounted -for <br />water.
