Landscaping <br />Infiltration basin and restoration of natural vegetation areas that are disturbed out <br />of confirmed need for construction must be seeded with the city native seed mix. <br />Recommendations <br />1. Location and elevations of the treatment pond must built with a verified OHW. <br />2. This site should be designed in a treatment train approach. <br />3. The bottom of the treatment pond proposed must be at least three feet above <br />stained soil layers. <br />4. Follow the Shoreland Overlay District requirements. <br />5. A tree preservation plan has not been submitted and must be submitted before <br />any allowed soil disturbance. <br />6. The following pollution prevention measures should be taken: <br />• A concrete truck wash -out area must be indicated on the plan, and <br />marked in the field with a sign. <br />• A method of keeping lot sediments on the site must be indicated in the <br />plan, through either daily street sweeping or 5/8 "- clear, rock <br />entrances.(Detail on Sheet 5). <br />• Silt fence must be properly installed and maintained when the fence <br />becomes 1/3 full. <br />7. Infiltration basin and restoration of natural vegetation areas that are disturbed <br />out of confirmed need for construction must be seeded with the city native <br />seed mix. <br />8. Staff recommends that the above staff and any Environmental Board <br />recommendations be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Board for <br />consideration. <br />Attachments <br />1.
