Hagen / Alan Brixius <br />DATE: 5 November 1998 <br />RE: Lino Lakes - West Shadow Pond Preliminary Plat <br />FILE NO.: 194.01 - 98.15 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Richard Carlson had previously submitted a Concept Plan of West Shadow Pond and is <br />requesting approval of a preliminary plat entitled West Shadow Pond, which would require <br />approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to introduce MUSA to the site and <br />Rezoning from R: Rural District to R -1X: Single Family Executive Residential District. <br />The site is located south of Birchwood Acres, which is south of County Road 10, west of <br />the Colonial Woods Subdivision and east of Ware Road. <br />The preliminary plat illustrates that West Shadow Lake Road will be extended from the <br />Birchwood Acres Subdivision through to 62nd Street.
