'1. The Preliminary Utility Plan is reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br />2. The City Engineer shall review and comment on the capabilities of 62nd Street and <br />whether the funding and resources available is sufficient to support upgrade of the <br />62nd Street. <br />3. The Grading Plan is reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The plan may <br />be subject to modification to provide for the maximum number of trees to be <br />preserved. <br />4. The applicant provide a Vegetation Plan and Landscape Plan illustrating the trees <br />to be removed and the trees to be preserved. <br />5. The applicant provide additional vegetation along the trail right -of -way to buffer the <br />recreational and residential uses. <br />6.
