The building is located within the setback requirements of the Zoning <br />Ordinance (proposed located is 20' from side property line, a minimum of <br />5' is required) <br />4. The exterior of the building is painted or dashed to match the existing <br />dwelling. <br />5. The above improvements are to be completed by July 15, 1999. <br />6. The temporary buildings are removed as soon as practical or no later <br />than July 15, 1999. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on a 5/0 Vote (two <br />members were absent) with the conditions listed above. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
