Rick noted Mr. Paicher, owner of the lot next to the <br />s area, is still willing to cooperate with the City to minimize any <br />'dents until the trail access from Mallard Lane is completed. <br />Rick indicated the only other option to secure a trail around the north side of Reshanau <br />Lake is eminent domain. <br />Council directed Rick to directed to discuss eminent domain with the City Attorney to <br />determine what is involved with the process, and bring this matter back to Council. <br />CONSIDERATION OF GOAL SETTING SESSION.
