The September 1, 1999 completion date for City utility services meets with our construction <br />schedule for this project. <br />• 2. The sanitary sewer abandonment sequence and details are shown on the bid documents <br />provided to you. All existing pipes will be removed or abandoned in place by filling. <br />3. All work within the site will be done as part of the improvements contracted by the District. <br />The "by others" has been clarified in the bid documents. <br />4. A swale will be graded to provide drainage from the 912.18 invert elevation of the 12 -inch <br />HDPE apron. <br />5. We were not aware of any temporary easements obtained on this property. Please forward <br />a copy of these easements for incorporation into the plans. <br />6. The requested water service at the west side of the building is an issue to be discussed by the <br />Architect, the Mechanical Engineer and the District. <br />7. The utility plan will be revised to show eight feet of cover over the watermain. <br />8. The project has been reviewed and approved by the Rice Creek Watershed District for <br />compliance with rate control and water quality requirements.
