At your request, the City Council has not taken action on your <br />applications. <br />You have recently submitted a concept plan for a McDonald's restaurant for the first <br />phase of the PDO development. While the change of use is seen as desirable, this <br />amended information must again be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Board prior to <br />City Council action. <br />To be placed on the April Planning & Zoning Board agenda, a complete application <br />submission must be received no later than Monday, March 22, 1999 to allow public <br />hearing publication to be sent out on March 24. Any delay in the application submission <br />would move Planning & Zoning Board review and public hearing to May 12. <br />The information received to date on the revised concept plan is incomplete for the <br />development application review. The revised application information should include: <br />1. Revised application form and fees <br />2. Revised preliminary plat <br />3. Revised grading and drainage plan <br />4. Revised utility plan <br />5. Building elevations (McDonald's restaurant) <br />6. Landscape plan <br />7.
