MAR= 4 -99 FRI 4:29 PM G. M. DEVELOPMENT
3/4/99
Steve Rymer
7625 Appalossa Lane
Lino Lakes, MN 55414
FAX NO. 6124249542 P. 2
Re; Bchm's Century Farm 5th Addition Neighborhood Meeting.
Dear Mr. Rymer,
I received your letter dated March 3, 1999 regarding the neighbors concerns for the clean -up and
completion of certain items relating to 2nd, 3rd and 4th additions.
On March 4th Mr. Richard Ganunon, project coordinator, and myself visited Behm's Century
Farm to acquaint ourselves with the issues and questions you and your neighbors raised. I will try
to address them all in this letter but some will have to be discussed individually on a lot by lot
basis.
1.) Boulevard Trees will be installed in April or May of 1999 by the developers landscape
contractor. The species and location of the tree is detemilned by the City of Lino Lakes forester,
Mr. Marty Asleson. My landscape contractor and a representative of Lino Lakes will meet at the
site after all underground utilities have been located and narked. A stake will be placed where the
tree is to be planted. A copy of the approved landscape plan is in the Association Booklet you
should have received from your agent or builder. I have enclosed an additional copy for your
convenience. I will notice the affected neighbors previous to the planting.
2.) Stockpiles of sand and topsoil on the westerly bank will be removed or leveled this spring or no
later than June 15th. The pile of brush and trees also on the westerly bank of the pond will be
removed by Apri TI5th.
3.) The re- grading of the pond bank and erosion concerns will require that we meet at the site on a
case by case basis. Since most of the area of concern is in the wetland and under jurisdiction of the
Rice Creek Watershed I will suggest that we invite their representative, Mr. Tony Brough. I would
expect that we could meet sometime in April or May in the evening. I will notice you of the meeting
time, date and address.
4.) Future pond expansion and excavation is scheduled for completion with the development of 6th
addition. The 6th addition completion is scheduled for years 2000/2001. A copy of the Behm's
Century Fami Phasing Plan is in your Association Booklet.
Mr. Gammon has agreed to scale off the plan the approximate boundary of the future pond
expansion and mark it so any of you who would like to view it may. This will happen no later than
April 15th.
aa9c - RSth Avantia North • Brooklyn Park. Minnesota 55443 • 612 -424 -8559
