MAR- 4 -99 FRI 4:30 PM G.M. DEVELOPMENT
FAX NO, 6124249542 P 3
As suggested, some of you may want to remove and transplant some of the trees in the future pond
area.
No trees will be removed by myself or any of our subcontractors unless it is absolutely necessary
to complete our work. It is our intention to save any and all trees that we can.
5.) Lot 27 - We will need to meet vith you to see exactly what you need and how best remove the
existing haul road.
6.) Lot 13 - Replacement of trees lost because of grading would be cost prohibitive. The sale price
of a lot could double or more.
7.) Lot 9 - We will need to meet with you on the grading of the southwest comer of your lot. With
the 5th addition, stone pipe will be extended north and some of that drainage swale will be filled.
At that time the stockpiles of topsoil will be used to cover existing road and fill over the extended
storm pipe. Any left over will be spread out or removed.
8.) Lot 24 - I will be meeting with the owner before the pond excavation starts.
9.) Lot 20 - I was not sure what the problem is other than seeing some erosion and hay bales that
need to be removed. 1 suggest we talk more when we meet on the pond bank/erosion issues with the
other neighbors.
10.) Lot 25 - Future pond excavation and any other construction should not be using Palomino or
Appalossa other than that necessary to construct the rentaining homes.
11.) Lot 11 - Property stakes are placed by the developer eller the grading is complete and
previous to selling the lot to the builder. Many tunes property stakes are lost as the home is being
constructed and must be replaced. The builder would be responsible to replace any lost property
stakes.
12.) Lot 15 - Fallen trees are the responsibility of the property owner. The construction debris is
the responsibility of the builder or subcontractor. Since it is hard to monitor and enforce, the
developer does a clean -up once in the spring and once in the fall. The spring clean -up will take
place by May 15th.
Sodding of rear yards is the responsibility of the builder or the homeowner, depending how the
sales contract reads.
Behm's Century Farm covenants are consistent with City of Lino Lakes ordinance. Contact city
hall on your concerns for outside storage. They would be the enforcement agency.
I hope this helps to answer some questions and start the process to resolution. Please call if you
have any questions.
Sincerely,
Gary Uhde
co: John Johnson
Mary Kay Wytand
Richard Ganunon
