Lot 20
2nd. Add.
Lot 25
2nd add.
Lot 11
2nd Add.
Lot 15
4th Add.
Lot 12
2nd Add.
Our lot contains the culvert and our yard has constantly eroded into the pond. In
addition, the slope into the pond is steep, not gradual. The land on the north side of
our property, above the culvert between the two ponds, has settled and water ponds
in it constantly. It does not drain properly.
No heavy truck traffic on lots north of Palomino.
Pond regraded to a gradual slope and dirt piles removed. Would like to meet to see
where the pond will be expanded and what trees will be removed. Identify where
boulevard tree will be planted, when it will be planted and what type will be planted.
Identify property survey stakes.
In the "wetland" area behind Mustang Court (off of the NE corner of lot 15), there
are fallen trees from last year's storms and construction debris. When will that be
cleared? By whom? One of the trees borders our property and was sodded around.
Why wasn't sod extended to the tree line (between lots 15 and 21)? Will it be
sodded? Who enforces covenants, specifically the storage of personal items on
property?
Would like to meet to see where the pond will be expanded and what trees will be
removed. Identify where boulevard trees will be planted, when they will be planted
and what type(s) will be planted.
Thank you for your immediate attention to these concerns. We look forward to discussing them with
you and the Board.
Sincerely,
Steve Rymer
7625 Appaloosa Lane
Lot 12
H:\PERSONAL \WYLAND. WPD
