Thom Acres. <br />The following staff report is based on the revised plan set dated July 11, 2014 prepared <br />by Mattke Surveying & Engineering, Inc. and received by the City on July 16, 2014. <br />In April 2014, the City Council approved the following: <br />• Ordinance No. 05-14, Rezoning from R, Rural to R-1, Single Family <br />• Resolution No. 14-34, Preliminary Plat <br />1 <br />
