New plan drawing to include data of square footage total of green space and showing <br />green space shaded. A minimum of 20% of the site must be green space. <br />23. Plan for screening of roof mechanicals: visual and sound. <br />24. A preliminary and final shall be submitted for review through the normal subdivision <br />process when applicant wants to subdivide the' property. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the rezoning from General Business to Planned Development Overlay based <br />on the findings listed in this report. <br />2.
