The proper is Zone CB, Central Business and indicated as <br />commercial on the Land Use Plan. The VFW use is considered pre- existing and non - <br />conforming as it is not currently listed as a permitted or conditional use in the CB Zoning <br />District. However, <br />;ndnient is on this Agenda that would propose the inclusion of <br />clubs/lodges as a conditional use in the CB Zoning District. We.are processing this <br />request as an amended cons <br />Sit <br />According to Section 2, Subd. 2 of the Zoning Orddinance, B 7. Standards.
