MEETING DATE: April 26, 1999 <br />TOPIC: Second Reading: Ordinance to Rezone to PDO <br />Outlot B, Apollo Business Park No. 2 <br />BACKGROUND <br />At the April 12 meeting, the City Council voted to rezone the site to PDO for light <br />industrial uses. <br />The rezoning to PDO is a change to the Zoning Ordinance and, like any ordinance <br />amendment, requires a first and second reading. Tonight's meeting will be the second <br />reading. The formal ordinance is attached. <br />As a point of information, Fogarty Investments has met with clinic representatives to <br />design the buffer landscaping along their shared property line. They are finalizing a <br />mutually agreeable design. The landscaping plan will be submitted for review by the <br />City Forester as with all development projects. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance to rezone Outlot B, Apollo <br />Business Park No. 2 to Planned Development Overlay. <br />2.
