Council Member <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 09-99 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM GB, <br />GENERAL BUSINESS TO LI, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL WITH A PDO, PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY (524 Apollo Drive) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by <br />the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning from GB, General <br />Business to LI, Light Industrial with a PDO, Planned Development Overlay pursuant to <br />the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino lakes, the following described <br />real estate: <br />Outlot B, Apollo Business Park Plat 2. <br />II <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />III <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of April, 1999. . <br />Kimberly A.
