The MN Dept. of Public Safety recognizes <br />the building and any permanently constructed and physically attached <br />deck or patio as a part of the licensed area. However, the patio area must <br />be included in the description on the license application and must be <br />covered by liability insurance. If the application lists only an address, the <br />license covers the building only. <br />Lino Lakes: Not addressed. <br />Other Cities: <br />Allowed, must be designated on the license. (Wh.
