Liquor Ordinance <br />May 19, 1998 <br />page 5 <br />701.07 Subd. 3 Two options as discussed above in this memo. Option 1 reduces <br />the separation between a liquor establishment and a school or church from 1000 feet to <br />400 feet. It also adds a definition of schools. <br />The second option keeps the separation at 1000 feet, but the definition excludes <br />daycare or early childhood facilities where children typically are under constant <br />supervision while at the facility and when traveling to and from the facility. <br />701.11 Adds a map showing the Town Center and I -35E commercial areas. <br />702.06 and 702.08 Changes the minimum age of a beer license applicant and the legal <br />beer buyer age from 19 to 21 to comply with state law. <br />Resolution 99 -38 is the fee list that was removed from the ordinance. Creating the fee <br />list by resolution makes it easier for the City to change fees. <br />
