maintain upull the property such signs as it deems appropriate to advertise the development until <br />Ore Declarant conveys the last lot. <br />6.9 Garbage and Rubbish Garbage, rubbish and trash shall not be kept on any lot except in sanitary <br />containers. All incinerators or other equipment used or kept for storage or disposal of such mater- <br />ials shall be kept in a clean and sanitary conditions. <br />6.10 Animals and Livestock No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept <br />on any lots except that dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept, provided that they are not <br />kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purposes. <br />6.11 Temporary Structures No structure of a temporary character, trailer, basement,tent shack, garage <br />barn, or other building shall be uses on any lot or the common area at any tune as a residence, <br />either temporarily or permanently. <br />6.12 Nuisances. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any lot not shall anything be <br />done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or a nuisance to the neighborhood. All <br />airplanes shall be started, warmed up, taxied and take off with a minimum amount of noise. <br />No continuous running or testing of engines for any purpose shall be permitted after 8:00 p.m. or <br />before 8:00 a.m. <br />6.13 Runway No vehicles other than airplanes may be operated on the runway at any time except main- <br />tenance vehicles, and all use conduct upon the runway shall be in manner as prescribed by the rules <br />and regulations of Declarant. <br />6.14 Sporting Equipment All sporting equipment, toys, outdoor cooking equipment (except permanent <br />installations) and other equipment and supplies necessary or convenient to residential living shall be <br />enclosed or shall be screened from view. The storage or collection of rubbish of any character <br />whatsoever, any material that emits foul or obnoxious odors, the growing of any noxious weed or <br />other natural substances and the harboring of the source of any noise or activity which disturbs the <br />peace, comfort or serenity of the owners is prohibited. No lot shall be used for the storage of <br />materials not customary to or necessary and convenient for residential living. <br />6.15 Airplane Hangers Airplane hangers are permitted on these Lots subject to the following <br />additional restrictions: <br />A. House- Hanger combined as one is allowed if design is approved by arclutectual control committee. <br />13. Airplane hangers crust be architecturally compatible with the Living Unit located upon the Lot in <br />earth -tone colors and styles, although they may be a metal sided Free Standing Hanger they must <br />be steel or post frame construction and sided and roofed to be compatible with the house. <br />C. All airplane hangers must have a minimum forty (40) foot clear span door. <br />D. Maximum hanger size is two thousand six hundred (2.40) square feet. <br />E. Commercial use will not be permitted. <br />F. A hanger may be constructed first but a house must be started within six (6) months. <br />G. No permanent outdoor storage of any airplane or related equipment is permitted. An owner <br />may be allowed up to two (2) years from occupancy to construct an airplane hanger and shall <br />be permitted outside storage of the owner's airplane during the interim. <br />
