This <br />ordinance relates to the sale of 2.55 acres of park land in exchange for the development of the <br />remaining park area. This agreement includes clearing and grubbing, grading, 4" of top soil <br />import, seeding, and construction of trails including engineering, 4" sub -base, and 2" <br />bituminous. Mr. Uhde has agreed to provide a summary of development costs. If these costs <br />amount to less than $75,000 the difference will be submitted as cash. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve the second reading of Ordinance 16 -99 to sell 2.55 acres of park land in exchange <br />for development of the remaining park area. <br />2.
