buckthorn. The western woodland is a higher value woodland with <br />areas of mesic prairie Forbes. Two very large white pine exist in this <br />area just south of the proposed infiltration basin (In outlot A). <br />3. That seed mixtures be specified by the city in site restoration. <br />4. Monies be escrowed to place a boulevard tree on each frontage of each <br />platted lot. Enough money should be provided for a 2 to 2.1/2 inch <br />balled and burlapped contract planted tree. <br />Recommendation: That tree preservation standards be implemented <br />and particular attention be given to the lot 1 site. Every effort should <br />be made to preserve the trees on the south side of this woodland in <br />Outlot A. Trees with a diameter of 8 inches or larger be replaced on <br />the development site with equal diameter inches of tree species <br />selected by the city. A boulevard tree be placed on each frontage of <br />each lot. Seed mixtures should be determined by the city. Road <br />width reduction be considered in access road in outlot A. <br />Motion was made by J.P.
