That a recorder be hired for the Environmental Board meetings as soon as possible. <br />2. Project Review <br />A. 49 Club <br />The question was raised of the need for additional parking. The question <br />could not be answered at this time. This would be an issue with the environmental <br />Board if additional parking is proposed. <br />B. Highland Meadows East <br />1. Road access to future lots on the south side ( outlot A) was not <br />indicated on the presentation materials. The Environmental Board <br />would like to see a reduction in standard road width (28 foot ROW) if <br />the engineering is possible/practical, and onsite surface water <br />infiltration be designed into such road design. <br />2. Two areas of woodland are present on this site. The most eastern <br />woodland is in a degraded condition with an invasive understory of <br />1 <br />
