• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 - <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a grant <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office <br />of Traffic Safety of the project entitled Safe and Sober <br />Communities during the period from October 1, 1999 through <br />September 30, 2000. <br />David J. Pecchia, Chief of Police of the Lino Lakes Police <br />Department and his successor is hereby authorized to execute such <br />agreements and amendments, as are necessary to implement the <br />project on behalf of the Lino Lakes Police Department and to be <br />the fiscal agent and administer the grant. <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes on September 13, 1999. <br />Kimberly A. Anderson, Clerk - Treasurer /Witness <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
