1. Proper permits be obtain from all affected agencies. <br />2. The City Engineer review the ponding survey to confirm compliance. <br />3. Site lighting shall conform to the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance in <br />relation to light and glare and the applicant shall supply a lighting schematic <br />confirming compliance. <br />4. A 6' board on board fence shall be installed along the south property line to the <br />south/west corner of the site. Additional evergreens shall be planted along the <br />new fence line to provide an effective 50 % screen via a double row of evergreens, <br />10 feet apart. <br />5. The parking lot shall be stripped to provide tractor /trailer parking in designated <br />areas only. Ten (10) spaces are shown on the original plan approved. <br />6. Conditions 1 through 8, contained in the original permit, granted May 11, 1992 <br />shall be made a part of this permit (conditions attached) <br />7. All conditions of approval shall be met prior to start -up of the two new pump <br />islands. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Amended Conditional Use Permit with conditions outlined above. <br />2.
