The City of Lino Lakes shall provide traffic analysis with trip generation data to <br />show whether or not construction of left/right tum lanes are warranted with the <br />development of this site. If no data is supplied, ACHD will require tum lane <br />construction and road widening to accommodate painted channelization on <br />CSAH 23. <br />Calculations must be submitted along with a final grading and erosion control <br />plan that delineates the drainage areas. The post developed rateNolume of <br />runoff shall not exceed the pre - development rate /volume of runoff for the 10 -year <br />frequency storm utilizing the "SCS Method" with a curve number determined <br />using Group "C" as a minimum. <br />A permit for work within Anoka County Right of Way is required and must be <br />obtained prior to commencement of construction.
