AGENDA ITEM 1OA <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Marty Asieson <br />DATE: February 23, 1998 <br />TOPIC: Office Lease Agreement <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The office lease agreement for Environmental at Acton Construction expires on <br />the 28th of February. The building is being taken over by Case Industries. <br />A search was conducted for a new office space. The lease agreement has been <br />reviewed by City Attomey, Bill Hawkins. Please find the lease attached. The <br />cost is $200.00 per month. <br />This is a request for approval to lease an office at the Tschida building for the <br />Environmental Department. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve the leasing of the office at the Tschida building pending approval <br />by the City Attomey concerning the lease language. <br />2. , Refer back to staff for other options. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />
