E. Special Issues <br />1. All graphics and data shall be done in an electronic format <br />compatible with Arcview and AutoCad. <br />2. The City shall have the right to utilize electronic information <br />to include with future GIS. <br />IV. PLAN SCHEDULE <br />A. Assuming the City selects a proposal on February 9, 1998, the <br />Comprehensive Plans shall be complete by October, 1998. <br />V. EVALUATION CRITERIA <br />A. Proposals will be evaluated on the qualifications of the firm and <br />individuals preparing the plans, the scope of work proposed and <br />the estimated cost for the proposed work. <br />VI. PROPOSAL FORMAT <br />A. <br />In order to evaluate the proposals in an equitable manner, the City <br />suggests the following proposal format. <br />1. Executive Summary <br />2. Project Team <br />3. Statement of Qualifications and Experience (firm and project <br />team) <br />4. Similar Project Experience and References for similar projects <br />in the last five years <br />5. Detailed Scope of Services <br />6. Time Schedule <br />7. Information and Services to be Provided by the City <br />8. Compensation based on Detailed Scope <br />a. Cost for each task of the scope <br />b. Billable rate for each member of the project team <br />c. Total project cost <br />d. Other pertinent data <br />VII. SUBMISSIONS OF PROPOSALS <br />A. Proposals shall be submitted to the attention of David Ahrens, City <br />Engineer, Lino Lakes City Hall, 1189 Main Street, Lino Lakes, Mn <br />55014 by Friday, January 30, 1998 at Noon. The Council will address <br />the proposals based on the Committee recommendation at the <br />
