Lighting. Appropriately, the site plan identifies specific exterior lighting locations. As a <br />condition of site and building plan approval, all lighting used to illuminate off - street parking <br />areas should be arranged to reflect light away from adjoining properties. <br />Sign. The site plan indicates that a pylon sign is to be located near the intersection of <br />Lake Drive and proposed Apollo Drive. As a condition of site and building plan approval, <br />a detailed sign plan must be submitted subject to City approval. <br />Utilities and Grading. As a condition of site and building plan approval, the submitted <br />utilities and grading plan should be subject to review and approval by the City Engineer. <br />Architectural Review. The subject site lies within the City's "Town Center" Planning <br />District.
