8. All lighting used to illuminate off - street parking areas are arranged to deflect <br />light away from adjoining properties. <br />9. Site and building plans are subject to review and approval by the Town Center <br />Architectural Review Committee. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 143, 1998 <br />and approved this conditional use permit for a drive - through bank with the conditions <br />attached to the original site plan review and outlined above. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
