Approval of the a rezone from R -Rural to R -1 Single Family Residential for all of <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block 2 Arthur E. Thom Addition and Lots 47 and 48 of <br />Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Addition. <br />Approval of the allocation of 5.8 acres of gross Interim MUSA Reserve to all of <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block 2, Arthur E. Thom Addition and Lots 47 and 48 of <br />Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Addition. -- <br />Approval of the Preliminary Plat for the Collova Addition with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The grading and drainage plans are reviewed and approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br />2. A development permit is obtained from the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District. <br />3. Permission is received from the United Power Association for location <br />of drainage swales on their easement if necessary. <br />4. Park Dedication shall be based on the standard requirement outlined in <br />the Subdivision Ordinance and a 15' wide trail segment shall be shown along the <br />south property line over the existing UPA Easement, this trail segment shall be <br />graded and rocks as is the normal practice for trail dedication. <br />5. A developer agreement shall be signed and financial guarantees <br />posted prior to review of Final Plat documents. <br />6. Comments of other City Staff <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Rezone from Rural to R -1 Single Family <br />2. Approve allocation of Interim MUSA Reserve <br />3. Approve preliminary plat with conditions outlined above <br />4.
