In the event that any pipeline segment is found to be allowing excessive amounts of 1/1 into the <br />sanitary system during the certification inspections, and if that pipeline segment undergoes further <br />rehabilitation to correct the situation, that segment shall be added to, and considered in addition <br />to the list of pipeline segments for inspection for the following year's certification. <br />
