PROJECT SCHEDULE: <br />The proposed schedule for the project is as follows: <br />Council Awards Bid June 8, 1998 <br />Construction Begins June 22, 1998 <br />Substantial Completion July 6, 1998 <br />This project will include closing West Shadow Lake Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 <br />p.m. on two separate occasions. Once for installing the new culvert and again <br />for removing the existing culvert. During this closure, traffic will be routed <br />through the golf course road. <br />Staff will precede the project with notification to all affected property owners, <br />garbage collectors, mail couriers explaining the project scope and the time <br />frames of the detour. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution Number 98 - 83, accepting bids and awarding a <br />construction contract to Forest Lake Contracting for the West Shadow Lake <br />Drive Culvert Replacement Project. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Resolution Number 98 - 83 be adopted. <br />
