Resolve location of Apollo Drive / 77th Street Intersection. <br />3. Accesses to development from Lake Drive should complement interior site <br />circulation. <br />4. Reduce parking stall supply to a number more approximate to the estimated parking <br />stall requirement outlined herein. <br />5. Explore alternative options for reducing the number of required parking stalls and <br />methods of construction as suggested by the Environmental Board. <br />6. Indicate provision of significant landscaping along north property line of phase 1 to <br />screen loading areas of the 72,000 sq. ft. building. <br />7.
