Financing <br />The City will pay for the project through special assessments following Lino Lakes improvement <br />policy and County funds through a Joint Powers Agreement. Interim funding will come from the <br />City's area and unit fund. <br />Local funds would be required for a portion of the storm sewer costs. These <br />parcels include all parcels adjacent to the proposed Apollo Drive extension. <br />
