Council Member <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 -105 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUB -GRANT AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a Sub -grant Agreement with the <br />Division of Emergency Management in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for <br />the program entitled Infrastructure Program for FEMA 1225 DR- MINNESOTA. <br />David J. Pecchia, Interim City Administrator, is hereby authorized to execute and sign <br />such Sub -grant Agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project <br />on behalf of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />I certify that the above resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota on the 13th day of July, 1998. <br />SIGNED: WITNESSETH: <br />Kimberly A.
