southerly and easterly of the intersection of Hodgson Road and Lake Drive by <br />eminent domain or otherwise pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chap. 117 and Section <br />469.101. The specific legal description of the area shall be determined by a land <br />survey. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that attorneys, William G. Hawkins and <br />Associates, are authorized to file the necessary petition therefore and to pursue <br />such action to a successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or <br />terminated by the City or the Court. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said attorney is authorized to obtain such <br />survey and title information as is necessary to pursue such action as authorized <br />herein. <br />Adopted this day of , 1998. <br />By <br />Kimberly A.
