Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-77 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING A SPEED STUDY ON APOLLO DRIVE FROM COUNTY <br />ROAD 53 (SUNSET ROAD) TO COUNTY ROAD 153 (LILAC STREET). <br />WHEREAS, the posted speed limit on Apollo Drive is 55 mph, <br />WHEREAS, the construction of Apollo Drive was completed in 1995, <br />WHEREAS, a speed study has not been completed on said segment of roadway. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
