Rural to R -1 Single Family for 53.6 <br />r Creek 2nd Addition. The property <br />rent and proposed land use <br />and review +ed both the Rezone and Preliminary Plat <br />At that a several issues remained unresolved <br />on the preliminary plat but the deve requested action on the rezone. This <br />action was rgoted due the fact original property owners must wait <br />for approval of the rune tefore their properties can close. Upon review of the <br />rezone ciieria, the P & Z voted 4 to 2 in favor of the rezone (one Board member <br />was absent). The Board delayed action on the preliminary plat pending a <br />â–ºiii plat addressing environmental, park and roadway issues raised in the <br />C report. Several of tie issues been resolved, however, some are <br />still pending discussion with the Envltalonental Consulting Firm and the Park <br />Board. A copy of the P & Z minutes are attached for your information as is the <br />entire NAC report on both the rezone and preliminary plat. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt Ordinance No 12 -98 Rezoning Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition to R -1 <br />Single Family. <br />2. Delay action until preliminary plat is available for review. <br />
