J. Grass surfaced airplane taxi ways providing access to the airfield, must be <br />completed prior to the date a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for occupancy of <br />a Living Unit constructed on a Lot except as such construction is impeded by <br />inclement weather. No taxiway shall impede normal drainage for the airfield and <br />culverts shall be installed to the extent necessary to provide adequate drainage. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />Additional Restrictions Applicable to Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 2 and <br />Lots 17, 18 and 19, Block 5 <br />7.1 Upgrade Requirements. Living units located upon each of these Lot shall be <br />constructed to meet upgrade requirements including a front elevation acceptable to the <br />Committee. Living units shall have a 6/12 pitch and shall have a 3 car attached garage. <br />7.2 Elevation. The front elevation for Living Units constructed on Lots 17 and 19, <br />Block 5, shall be north. <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />Additional Restrictions Applicable to Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 <br />and 10, Block 2, and Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16 and 18, <br />Block 5, Behm's Century Farm, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />8.1 Sodding of rear yards.
