• <br />• <br />Dec. 15. 1998 4:33PM BRAUER & ASSOC, <br />No, 2981 P, 6/7 <br />Park / Trail / <br />Public Open Space <br />Planning <br />Planning framework associated with interlinking the <br />community/regional park, trail, and public space into the <br />planning of the project area. A template and rationale for <br />addressing park and trail needs and integration with the <br />natural resources of the project area will be the focus of this <br />effort. Planning and siting, including CPS surveying of <br />specific routings, will be conducted. <br />Mapping, graphics, and written <br />discussion of park and trail <br />planning issues. A map overlay <br />with specific park location and <br />trail routing options and <br />alternatives will be provided <br />with a brief expository report. <br />Planning and <br />Design Charette / <br />Meetings <br />Work Task <br />Additional <br />Meetings <br />Wetland <br />Delineations <br />Facilitation and/or participation in planning and design <br />charettes / meetings with planning team and staff in Lino <br />Lakes. This follows the charette process previously <br />undertaken by Brauer -AES for Environmental Planning <br />Process. <br />Attendees at meetings include: <br />■ Jeff Schoenbauer <br />• Steve Apfelbaum <br />A total of two one -day sessions are accounted for under this <br />fee proposal. The first session would focus on working <br />through the charrette process. The second would be <br />refinement of the preliminary plan developed by the <br />planning consultant. Evening meetings would also be <br />undertaken as • art of each of these sessions, if desired. <br />Memoranda/report concerning <br />discussions regarding <br />environmental, park, and trail <br />aspects of planning and design <br />meetings. Preliminary cost <br />estimates will be provided to the <br />design team for these aspects of <br />the plan. <br />Scope of Services Proposal - Additional Services <br />Proposed Work Program <br />Work Product <br />Attend additional meetings as requested by city staff for the <br />purpose of refining the master plan and collaborating with <br />other team members. <br />Memoranda and graphics as <br />appropriate. <br />Wetland delineation as required to augment city provided <br />wetland delineation mapping. Also indudes technical time <br />required to reformat electronic data if incompatible with <br />system being used by Brauer /AES team. <br />Field report and wetland <br />delineation data. <br />Stormwater <br />Management <br />Conceptual <br />Modeling and <br />Design <br />Conceptual design of a Stormwater Management Treatment <br />Train for the project area to illustrate innovative stormwater <br />management techniques. Includes working with local team <br />members to discuss techniques and approaches. <br />Conceptual design drawings and <br />data associated with conceptual <br />design treatments for <br />stormwater management. <br />Continuing <br />Services — Final <br />Design, <br />Engineering and <br />Project <br />Implementation <br />Work with city as requested for implementation of the <br />master plan for the project area. This could indude <br />additional stormwater management modeling and <br />engineering <br />Design development and <br />construction document level <br />drawings. <br />Fee Proposal <br />The following table defines the proposed fees for the scope of work defined above. A standard hourly <br />fee schedule follows defining rates that would be used for this project and for additional services as <br />requested.
