Council Member 'Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -75 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 AND PAYMENT NO. 11 (FINAL) <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 2 — STREET LIGHTING <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 24, 2006, awarding the <br />construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 2 — Street Lighting to WH <br />Response, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to install Street Lighting improvements as part <br />of the Legacy at Woods Edge - Phase 2 project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1.
