MEETING DATE: October 26, 2009 <br /> TOPIC: Resolution No. 09-90: Conditional Use Permit <br /> for a Church at 7868 Lake Drive <br /> VOTE: 3/5 <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> We received an application for a conditional use permit for a church on the site of the <br /> former VFW, which constructed the building in 2004. The site has a conditional use <br /> permit(CUP) for a private club, but a different CUP is needed for a church. <br /> The VFW approval in 2004 included the building and site improvements. Many of the <br /> required improvements were not completed. These were re-examined to determine what <br /> should be done as conditions of the church CUP.
